NimbleBrain gives you an AI assistant that can use all the tools your team has set up — calendar, notes, databases, documents, and more. You interact with it by chatting in natural language, and it figures out which tools to use to get things done.

This guide walks you through the web interface. No technical background needed.

  • Ask questions — “What meetings do I have this week?” or “Summarize this document”
  • Take actions — “Create a task for the design review” or “Send a follow-up to the meeting notes”
  • Work with files — Drag in a PDF, spreadsheet, or image and ask the agent to analyze it
  • Use apps — Your admin has installed apps that give the agent specific capabilities. Browse them in the sidebar.

You type a message. The agent reads it, decides which tools to call, runs them, and streams the response back to you. You see what it’s doing at every step — tool calls appear inline so you always know what’s happening behind the scenes.
